What can I do if my FACEBOOK ACCOUNT is hacked?

A few weeks before I started writing this, the thing I've always read on my facebook news feed is, MY ACCOUNT WAS HACKED, MY ACCOUNT WAS HACKED, MY ACCOUNT WAS HACKED!!!!! I wish I could help, so I created this article thingymabob. hahahaha!

This is not the most effective way to get rid of the hacker-and let's call him H- but I hope it could help you.

Your facebook account is hacked.. There are three things how it happened...
The HACKER:
1.) Had access to your primary email address that is registered to facebook. (yahoo, AOL, hotmail, etc.)
2.) Knows your password or luckily guessed with a few series of trial and error by logging into your email address on facebook.
3.) Knows the answer to your security questions.
4.) Phishing Method

How could H have:

1.) Access to your Domain email address?

That's easy. They check if it's a valid email address and they go to https://edit.yahoo.com/forgot and retrieve by verifying your identity, (Birthdate, Location) and answering security questions.

2.) Known my email address?

From the INFO tab at your facebook page. The hacker can see your contact info if your email address is viewable by all.

3.) Known the answers to my security questions?

Maybe he/she is a close friend, a Stalker, or a family member. The hacker could answer them especially when you did NOT create your own questions. Never have security questions as easy as what is your nickname? or what is 2+2=? Thats's just plain stupidity.

4.) Phished my account?

Phishing method is for ALMOST experts. they create a FAKE facebook website wherein you will think that you have been logged out of the system, But you aren't. You will be given a link, and if you open it, It will redirect you to a site similar to facebook. It will make you enter your information, like E-mail address and password. And then BOOYA! They hit the jackpot. Password retrieved.

5.) Guessed my email address even though the privacy was set to "only me" can view?

Well, If your email address is your name and surname, That's a problem. you better change it as soon as possible.

How can I:

1.) Change my personal (such as security questions and Birthdate, and Location) so that H wouldn't have any access to my account anymore?

Once your beloved hacker ALREADY HAD access to your email address by YOUR OWN security questions, there's no way to prevent him from having a way inside anymore. Even if you change them, he could click the "This is not my question" link (you can find it at the bottom-middle part of the page while verifying your identity.) Then he's back to your old Q and A. Try it. :)

What you should do is change everything. Here is a step by step changing-email-address-to-prevent-the-hacker:

a.) Sign up for another email address.
b.) Change the registered e-mail ID in facebook.
c.) DELETE the e-mail you'll be receiveing from facebook about how your address will be changed to the new one.
d.) Don't forget to empty your "trash" folder. WHY? Because H might see your NEW email address.

2.)  Keep them from seeing my email address?

-That's easy. Log in to your Facebook account and go to Privacy settings -> Contact Information -> "your email address" then set the privacy  to "only me"

- Don't give your email address to anyone. Only to the people you can trust. If your email address is same to your IM ID, you should change it immediately.

3.) Restrain H from knowing the answers to my security question?
Piece of cake. Just type in your own questions that only YOU can know the answer.. Let's say for example:

What is your student ID?
What movie did you first see?
Nickname for the person you hated? (hahaha)

All WH-questions, just not with the yes or no answers.

4.) Stop H from Phishing my account?

Don't open links that you are suspicious of. As much as possible, every message you receive that is suspected to be a virus or a form of hacking, MARK it AS SPAM.

If you had the power to erase enemies, would you do it?

I would if I could. hahaha. That's just unequivocally mean! SO, my final answer is, NO. I'll just let them live the lie and be so envious. ^^

Taking a second look at LAS VEGAS.

I was totally wearing the wrong clothes last saturday night because the wind was SO strong and all I brought was a white almost-see-through, feels-like-you're-naked-on-a-freaking-cold-night jacket. Of course I'm not stupid enough to wear the summer outfit when It's cold, but the thing is, we left in the afternoon wherein the sun covers all of the coldness outside.. (ahh..relief.)

The week after last was very very tiring.. At any rate, I enjoyed looking at different vistas down at the strip. I've been living here in las vegas for so long (approximately, seven months) still, i haven't strolled down the place fully. I wanna take pictures, but all I have is my eenie Nokia n81 camera with 2 mega pixels. eugh! And next time, I know what camera to bring. ^^

I think it was not the happiest night because half the time, I spent it complaining that my feet hurts.. or that it's cold... or that if the place we're going to is kinda far. I wish I didn't do that. LOL. even so, don't get me wrong.. I did kinda enjoy.. I just so admire the artistry of infrastructure, and to tell you frankly-  I like it better than seeing the nature. I just wasn't talking that much coz' i was honestly enjoying the views and I'm kinda having a shortness of breath, you know.. The walking and the talking... And of course my lung capacity. hahaha.

We watched clash of the titans at the Brenden theatres inside PALMS casino resort, Las Vegas. I can say the movie house was a little classy and there really are a lot of people. Of course it was a The film was great. Because of all that action-adventure, the suspense, and the aaahhhhS and the ooooohhhS of the people. *

A while after the movies, we took a bus and stepped down at Bally's® Hotel & Casino. I was disappointed a little coz' it really looked boring and dead. But when I went inside, It's the same as any lodging businesses here in this place- casinos, shops, restaurants... It was pretty hot inside and i have to disrobe my Tony's jacket. Then, guys were starting to stare again. hahaha! The thing that's flattering though, when I was counting, it reached a hundred and twelve and there's a rule... The look/stare should last for a second. :))

Anyhow, we left bally's and hit the long stroll by and by.

We reached Miracle Mile shops and saw a man on a wheelchair breaking his own back against the wind to get inside. I was about to help him however, it was so chilly and we have to find some place warm......

During the time we're on foot, you could really notice the people who live here in vegas and those who are tourists. You'll know if the person is a tourist when he/she is looking at the views in all manner of ways likely. But if they're residents. you'll see that they know the way or if ever, they are showing the places to their company.

We ate at PINK's hotdogs and they're super delicious... Except for the fact that the texture reminded me of something. hahahaha. I ordered this NAKED DOG in that, I just wanted mustard and ketchup for it and none of those other garnishes and toppings. It's like an outdoor restaurant, so I have no choice but to welcome the spiritless weather with open arms. :(
I sat there chatting with my Tony while my teeth chatters in response to the climate plus an ice-cold pepsi cherry.

After all, all of LAS VEGAS is all about Casinos, Shopping, Food trips, Shows, and just having a good time. Just don't forget when walking down the strip...... WEAR YOUR MOST COMFORTABLE SHOES!

Wait! Stay! LOL! I know.. I know.. It doesn't sound interesting at all.. It's just my story, and I'm all nuts today about folding the newly washed clothes. Don't you just hate it? hahahaha.

My day today was still the same. Except for that morning thingy where in my dad comes home for work and he keeps shouting off all the shit that happened at his workplace. His voice is SO loud that I wake up and can never go back to sleep! You know what's worse? It's when I have this fairy-tale type of dream and it pops all of a sudden like a freaking balloon.. Parents are so Joy-Killers in everyway imaginable.

 Call It lazy, or useless.. I HATE doing the choreeeeeessssss!!! I'm just an eighteen year-old girl that can't fight a strong force that pulls her butt still on the chair!! or yeah.. in a short word.. laziness. BOOM! haha..


Part of my daily routine is waking up, of course. Using the bathroom, then I eat breakfast. Next is sticking my face to the computer, and chat/blog all day long.. Sometimes, I do get off the computer. That's of course when I hear my mom coming out of the room and I sense that there is going to be some BIG MOUTH sermon. Well, what can I say? Moms are born like that? Or their mouths are specifically designed to keep their children pissed and put them to work? haha.. (I love my mom by the way. :-*)

So, when I get sick of the computer whatsoever, I write on my journal. Iwrite about the little details of my novel (you can check it out on brokenwingstheawakening.blogspot.com) while sitting on the couch and imagining how sweet my male protagonist is. I just love the smell of the paper. XD


After that, I check out new songs on billboard.com, (get the latest hits and albums in there. The maintenance they do for that site is like, everyday- so you can't get left behind on the current news for artists and most of all, the songs they sing. ) and download all of the newest songs. If you check out my playlist, 75% of it now is Hip-Hop, although I am not a fan of the genre, It's because of the HOT 100 of that site I've mentioned, most of its entrees are Hip-Hop. >.<

Coming up would be the SITCOMS. I mean, before that, there would be a little arguement between me and my little sister because of the TV. Since, all day she's been playing her ps2 and she wants to play it in the LIVING ROOM. Then, when I finally win- which by the way chances of it are 1 in a million- I would watch THAT 70's SHOW!!! try to watch it. It's funny. a group of friends living in the 70's. (they smoke weed, and their mom thought it's oregano.. LMFAO!)

Then it would be like afternoon. If I don't text my boyfriend...... I sleep. Afternoon nap for me is like 2 hours, or it depends on the lack of my daily 10-hour sleep. and... I won't have any details for it... so the next is...

EVENING! I wash the dishes at night. and I eat popsicles. My favorite show on TV would be on, like around 8pm and It's THE NANNY.  I first wear my PJs and run to the living room! This is the only time of the day that my sister is actually in harmony with me. hahahaha... and that's the time I won't be online.. except for Tuesdays and Fridays, coz I have choir practice.


Before I go to bed, I brush my hair 100 times. and take off my earrings (and that, by the way... I lost the other earring :( ) and necklace and put them under my pillow.

Okay.. My eldest sister had another inkling about a song, animated by a scary dark band i can't name.
For the most part, she's writing the chorus and she'll be giving me all the dreadful hard work.---- THE REST OF THE SONG. :(
Recently, I have been known for writing love songs. I'm just a lyricist. My sister, Anne Czerelle Bolus, arranges the melody. We've been creating musics with a fair level. I'm not saying it's good, but It's actually something that is not painful in the ears.. (lmao)

In making songs, first I think of is WHY am I writing this.. What do I feel? Am I sad today or happy? Has someone recently made me disappointed?. Am I celebrating for something? Usually, I SLEEP first to make my mind fresh the moment I have awaken. Then my problem begins.. hahaha! It's far different from the INSPIRATION part, but, we'll get there. I mostly work on the HAPPY part, and then when I found THE MAIN reason of this whole writing, I'll head for the next..

WHO is your inspiration for the song? INSPIRATION comes when you least expect it. Let me tell yah. Coz after my first song "The same old thing" (which is originally entitled "here we are" was inspired by my friend that I used to make songs with. ) I was trying VERY VERY hard to look for a stimulus. I cook, go to different places, talk to different people especially my crush., stay still on the couch (in some perception... It works. :> ), and I also tried walking a dog for the next song's sake.Then one time a ran into this very gorgeous home.. The fences are WAY too low, that I can see the garden.. Full green grass for the flooring with different flowers giving it color.. There are palm trees and a beautiful swing hung into them. It's pretty much like sisters calling to me to sit on it.. hahahahahaha.. I went closer to the gates and thank GOD there are no dogs! by the way, the painting of the barricades are peeling off and underneath it is the metal that is full of rust. (yuck.) The only essential feature that is missing here is an old lady with white hair. Tsk! What a mean description for saying that "sort-of" haunted mansion is old. But, I have to admit It's still sophisticated beyond the time it was standing. And that house had me thinking how beautiful life is.. even you get older.

Once I got those two on place. I'm good to go.. But, sometimes I search for interesting quotes online and get ideas from there. Maybe that'll help you. Just don't literally copy and paste them okay? hahaha! I'm kidding.
